Grades description

Each item will be reported in a list depending on its condition. Each list is related to the product grade which is described below:

New Products

"Boxed" list: new boxed items in the original packages, never been used.

"Cosmetic Damaged" list: A-Grade appliances are in near perfect condition and may even come with all the original paperwork inside. These appliances are basically brand new other than the fact the packaging it came in may be slightly damaged or the appliance itself may have a small amount of cosmetic damage to the back or side of the appliance.

"Grade B" list: B-Grade appliances are still in very good condition, but may have some slight cosmetic damage to the front, side or back of the appliance. These products are client returns up to 28 days.

"Untested" list: Untested / Raw Returns are classed as 28 day returns straight from the manufacturer. This stock is sold as it comes and may come with physical damage. These appliances have NOT been tested but there are not missing mechanical parts. The majority of them is already working.

"Tested faulty" list: Customer returns which could be either goods returned to store as being faulty or defective in some way, goods which have been damaged in transit or in-store, partially incomplete, having one or more components missing or cosmetically damaged goods which may have scratches or slight dents. The majority is not working. Ideal for refurbishment or spare parts which will be reflected in the price.

Refurbished

Refurbished products are used items that have been tested, repaired. Parts with significant signs of usage are replaced to extend the life of the machine.

"Grade 1" list: up to 2 year's old model in good state of usage, no significant dents/scratches at the machine front. Sold cleaned.

"Grade 2" list: up to 3 year's old model in fair state of usage, and some small dents/scratches at the machine front. Sold cleaned.

"Grade 3" list: up to 3 year's old model in fair state of usage, more evident dents/scratches at the machine front. Sold cleaned.

"Grade 4" list: up to 5 year's old model in notable state of usage. Sold uncleaned.

Warranty and Return Policy

Every client is entitled of a 10 business days grant period from the delivery date whereday 0 is considered the day the goods are delivered. In case of unexpected mechanical problems, a line of credit will be created for the client to be used in the following order. This is subjected to verification of the malfunction by Madness Connection Ltd. To submit a return request, please use our dedicate return form in the Member Area.
